Monrovia, Ind – Hubert W. Edwards,
81, Monrovia, died Tuesday in Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle. Services
will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with calling
from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. He had been a farmer for many years in the
Monrovia area, retiring abut 15 years ago. Born in Owen County, he had lived in
Monrovia about 50 years. He was the widower of Jessie Sharp Edwards. Survivors:
daughters, Judy Kull and Mary Lee Rodgers; 11 grandchildren; 12 great
grandchildren.- kbz
